It seems that on here people do not read what someone else has posted before it, i said it's not illegal in the same sense as a retailer proping up the sale of games early, it's 1 person acting alone giving 1 or 2 copies to their m8's early , i think SI would be more interested in ppl uploading those torrents for thousands of people to d/l for free than 1 person in glasgow selling 1 or 2 copies to their m8's for actual money, that will go towards SI, lol

The point is not about whether SI would care about it, they probably wont but that does not make what your doing any less wrong

Selling a game beofre it's release date is clearly dodgy, no matter what the scale.

I accept games arrive early in the post etc, but you clearly stated your friend went out of his way to sneak the game out of the shop for you.
