Hi. I'm playing a game as Toronto FC and some of my players have been nominated for various [insert position here] of the year. As a manager I get to vote, but I can't vote for my own players. So my question is do I have to vote? If I don't vote it will be slightly less points for my rivals (I assume). Is there any downside to not voting in my situation and do I have the logic right or am I missing something? Or... am I just crazy for trying to get my players to win by not voting?:D Thanks in advance! Oh, and do my players (or myself) get anything by winning?

You have to vote. otherwise your assistant does it for you
I vote for the least likely to get it so. ie lowest avg rating and lowest no of MOM awards. to give my guys the best chance. At the end of the day if your player is good enough they'll win it. You get nothing except because a player has been successful at you club it may become his preffered club so it is easier to resign him and he is less likely to want to move to a bigger club. If you win manager of the year your reputation increases making players want to play for you and able to sign free players easier and making it easier to unsettle players you want.
