i know i may seem like a newbie but im in dier need of someone who will score me goals. I have 20mil to spend but obviously i dont have the largest wage budget so id probably prefer to have someone young. i would be hugely appreciative of anyone who suggests anyone.

With 20mil you should be able to secure someone solid. I signed a young bloke from Chivas, not Torres the other guy and he is a machine now! I suggest you take a look at him.
Also, what about someone like Papis Cisse?

Look at Defoe he wont want mega high wages at the age he will be now !!! ( the season your in ) maybe if you are luck Cordoza from benfica
