goalkeepers are failures?

well title says it all, ive noticed with all goalkeepers that there totally unrealistic like theyll make an unreal save by diving the whole lenght of the goals and save a shot going to the top corner and then other times they let the easiest shots/crosses just go in

also i dont mean this happens the odd time it happens every game, even for top keepers ive seein this happen

has anyone else noticed this?

Yeah I don't know why they spend all this time improving the engine and then have goalkeepers looking so robotic
