hi,
ive made my own schedules and what i noticed is, that my goalkeepers are the only ones, who are unhappy with their schedules.
i have a certain way, to create a schedule. the 3 most important attributes for a position get 3* the rest 2* and the one unnecessary attribute for that certain position just 1*.
well, since the keepers dont really have that much attributes to be trained, they have a bit lesser workload. i dont really want to change my scheme. so what do you think, i could do? and is it going to hafe an impact on their performances or training advances?

what do you think of his personality?

is he professional enough to carry the job?
how's his work rate?

ask this. if it is on real life and your goalkeeper gossiping a little about his training schedule, what would you do?

If using this approach, i would look at it as the proportion between the different training areas rather than the actual notches. If you find that some players a too high or little workload, then just change the workload slider until it looks ok. If I was to setup the GKs using your approach, I would probably find more stats crucial to train than you do, perhaps you have left out some of the ones found in Control and Tactic ?
