I've just been promoted from the BSP to League 2, and the board have announced we are going from semi pro to full time. Do I now have to offer all my current players/staff new full time contracts or does it do it automatically? Any help appreciated
You don't have to as such, but you should, as it will allow your coaches to work on your players full time, rather than it being a lot less as it was before.
