I'm currently controlling part-time Elgin City in Scotland. After two promotions, I'm in the first division and hovering just above the relegation zone (which I'd be delighted with!).
The problem is, I know I'm never going to be able to compete in this league without going full time... but I don't know how to. I thought I could ask my board, but I couldn't see the option. How does it happen -- just by chance? How can I influence my board to do this?
