Going to tv mode after making subs

Hello
I play fm2011 in the info view mode, never have it in tv mode with highlights etc.. But when i make a sub it goes straight into tv mode, which means i could make a sub at say 55 minutes and by the time its gone back on the game the match is over, cos its taken so long to up load the tv screen
is there any way of stopping this so i dont have to pause it everytime i make a sub and then wait for it to load up properly

I would suggest this is a bug that will be fixed in the 11.2 patch, which should be out by Christmas.

it was fine one minute, but thing is never happens when make a sub at half time just after that so i dont know weather it is a bug or not, but thanks anyway

Same i have this problem. For me i just disabled 3D camera so the tv mode is on 2d which runs and loads faster.
