Gonna play a long career what leagues should I run????

Morning all I am about to embark on the mother of saves .... Taking a BSS team to champions league glory , I just want to know what leagues I should run? My pc is uber fast so I can run multiple leagues .

i want to be able to sign quality low league players so any help will be appreciated.
 
Bulgaria and Romania are good for decent players on cheap wages, also load all players from Reunion as they all have french citizenship
 
Get the French Ligue 1 and 2, really low wages and prices there!
 
Yeah, there's no league to load but you can load the players, there's only a few clubs too so shouldn't take you long at all to have a look. I got myself a great LB that lasted until L1 when I was in the BSN
