Good 1st season coaches recommendations?

OK first i would like u to plz not tell me there's a million threads like this one on the forum, i've tried them all, nothing gained...
Second, I'm new to the whole game like 10 days of playing or something, of course now i've learned a lot but i've just realised about the # stars coaches in training, had no idea about that and was wondering why aren't the players improving at all, i'm playing aston villa so i've found out that my coaches are all 2,3 or 4 stars only, only the GK coach is a 5 star one, so what i'm asking for is ppl plz give me recommendations for good coaches in all attributes, don't have to be 7 stars, 5 or 6 is pretty fine for now...

Theres about 5 good coaches in that thread. Just scroll down. On top of those, Tancredi (England) GK coach 6*

Mulvey and Whelan (MAN UTD) 4/5* set pieces, att, shooting, Ball control.

Vizolli (Sao Paulo) 4/5* tactics.

the problem is, when i tried all these coaches in that other thread in my game, nobody but Hitchcock the GK coach was 6 stars... The others were surprisingly all 4 stars or 3!!!... I'll try yours, thanks for your help, but do u happen to know a good defense coach, coz that's what i really need for my team that's why i tried searching for coaches and found out about the whole stars thingy in the coaches... Whole team is great but defense is really bad, then found out my defense coach is 2 stars!!!

Inaki Bergara swansea GK coach. He is a 6* defence coach on mine. They may start with low stars mate but they do improve. Vizolli started off as a 3* and now he is 5*.

@ khanvicted: can i ask what coaches you have on attacking and shooting as thats were im weak?
