Good 4-4-2 tactic help?

I am wanting to create a 4-4-2 tactic which utilises the wingers getting lots of crosses in for the 2 strikers but is also solid at the back. I was wondering if anyone has created such a tactic and could maybe help me?

shouldn't be to difficult to create....direct passing, counter, deep defensive line, play wider, exploit the flanks with two att wingers, target man support and poacher upfront, bwmd and box to box in centre
