i don't go on holiday, also i go for Judging play CP & PA because most of the players i get are young so it tells me a more precise ability

dude, get joyce from newcastle(he is a youth coach there). he`s awsome. his tactical knowledge is 17, and also has great stats for tactical coaching too). his salary is around 150k/year.
