Good cheap players for lower end premier league teams or newly promoted teams?

Hi I recently got promoted with Sheffield Wednesday to the Premier League and since half of my squad are not good enough to play in the league who could I buy to strengthen the squad? As back-up and starters? I've got about 12 milllion to spend? I need a LM and LB and a good striker too.
