Good coaches/scouts?

I'm playing with Chelsea and various teams seem to be buying my best scouts and coaches (mostly youth coaches) away from the team. I want to get new scouts and coaches but I can't seem to find good ones around. Could anyone tell me which are the best scouts and coaches in the game?

Hmm, in the past Valdir de Moraes has always been a really good assistant manager. He's old! But he is still going strong in 2014 on my game at age 82!

If you don't need your assistant to do training Terry McDermott (Huddersfield assistant manager) will do just fine for any team
