What are the ratings you need to look out for when going for an assistant manager?
 
Not really sure what the recommended attributes are but I usually look for; Determination, Motivation, Man Management and Tactical Knowledge.
 
Just try to get Tassotti he has the lot...Hard to get him like...
Also Steve Round at Everton...
