Good Players for Lowest available leagues in England

Can anyone help recommend Players/Staff members for Vanarama Conference North. I have taken over as the Manager of Stalybridge and need everything from players to staff. From recommendations from scouts and looking at the players who a realistic transfer targets I cant seem to find anyone that good!! does anyone recommendations?

cheers good players, since my first update I have signed Soukana (utility) Adebola (Target man) francis Jeffers ( ST) and on loan which helped me win the league Kenny pavey from AIK (rm) and Daryl Russell ( tampa) also Julian Gray (lm/lb) came available on loan in Jan. good staff Joe Corrigan (GK Coach)
