Good players for Shrewsbury town? (Includes some of my own recommendations)

I'm looking for good (preferably young) players for my Shrewsbury Town (league 2) side. I have quite a healthy budget of 275k.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

For those interested, i have found the following players to be top quality for such a small sum...

Thomas Kind Bendiksen - Rangers (19 yo Norweigan CM)
Scott Gardner - Leeds (20 yo RB/RM)
Tim Clancy - Kilmarnock (24 yo RB)
Shane Cansdell-Sherrif - Tranmere (25 yo Australian who can play CB,DM and MC)
Tommy Smith - Ipswich (18 yo CB)
Marc Tierney - Shrewsbury (23 yo LB)
