Good staff and good training?

Hi im playing and my players dont grow much and i dont know which staff to sign any help on good staff and training regimes?

Just search staff that have high attributes. Use Tug's Training. For the youngster that described wonderkid or similar to other person, you talk to him to learn from someone in first team squad. It's will develop your youngster.

have your senior players tutor your youngfellas, try have their personality matching though as that helps too. Tugs training is great, im using it with Leeds at the minute and its doing really well. pity you cant use a training schedule with internationals.. good coaches are vital, i have a specific coach for each job or sometimes two of them. Go on to our staff search and put in the sttribute your looking for, what i also do is set a max wage on it so you pick up class coaches for very little compensation prices..

I deeply recommend DarkStar training. For, both, youngsters and first team there is a separate version and if you cant find it over Internet let me know and I'll send it to you .
