Hello everyone, thought I'd start a thread to discuss and give a heads up on the best staff members on Football Manager. Here we can talk about the best staff members in certain roles, how they develop and how much they can cost, please give us screenshots and advice on people you find

So, number 1: Gary Pallister,
Role: Coach, under 18s coach
Cost: Free at start of game, usually asks for around £600 per week
Stats; At the start of the game: View attachment 289753 (Not very impressive, I know) BUT

April 2014 with Southampton View attachment 289755 Has completed both Continental B and A courses, growing a lot in the process, is a top class under 18s coach for me and will probably move him up in the summer, has improved marvelouslly.

Elio Carravetta is a must if your a Premier League side, also Bisciotti, there's a load more but i would have to check my save. Screenshots not necessary i'm pretty sure most people have used these
