and also i have been playing yakubu and xisco upfront for my newcastle and xiscos scored 15 in 19 for me at the minute and i belive hes a cheap player

Christian Benitez and Humberto Suazo... they're both absolute steals. I nearlly always buy them. Suazo used to play regularly in the first season with Torres for my Liverpool team.

Maybe also take a look at Lukaku. Pay 750k up front to loan him for 12months then inset a future fee clause of 5.75m or so.

I believe Carlos Vela to be quite good for lower Prem teams. I got him for £12mil on monthly installments. Scored 16 in 21.Trequarista is quite good for him.
