Good tactic for a Struggling Sheffield Wednesday team?

hey, this is my first post so please bear with me.
i have tried several different tactics on FM-Base but none seem to work? i'm 19th in the league with 10 games left and i'm hoping someone could recommend any tactic that will see me out for this season and help me push for the play-offs next season. heres my team ive had for this season, if iuts the team please tell me :)
