I done a Juventus career which went pretty successfully and got to the Champions League Final in my first season and won it in the second season. I also was unbeaten in the second season and lost 3 games in all competitions. I used a different formation with a 4-3-3 with one CM a LM and RM and one FC and a FL and FR with was quite useful. I found this quite a solid formation with the FL and FR cutting inside and scoring some nice goals. You will get cut through the center quite easily so you will need a solid CM, CB and GK. So I feel this formation is quite arguably one of the best in my opinion on FM but to succeed you'll need a solid backbone of your side. Another variantation to this formation is having two CM's and one CAM with the three upfront as well. I hope you guys that read this try it out and feedback with your opinions of it.
