Good tactic for sub teams!

I am Az Alkmaar.

I play 4-3-3. Because in my eyes this the best tactic that works for me.
I do it like this .

I play with 4 defenders.
2 full backs. - All 2 players have to be fast (16 pace,)
2 central defenders. ( one have to be strong & good header, the another one pace 15,16 )

i play with 3 central mithfielders
the left one - Advanched playmaker ( search for a good advanched midfielder ) -- Technick is very importent
Central - Deep line midfielder ( No comment ) ---> Passing is very importent
the right one - central mithfielder ( No comment ) ---> Passing is very importent

I play with 3 strikers.
The left one - Deep line striker ( Good allround striker )
Central - Poacher ( Great header, and schooter )
The right one - Advanched striker ( Pace, Dribbling, Techniquel are importent )

Tactic
Balanced --> Because with attacking your defence will be a ****!
Passing style --> Short, if you have good passing players, when you don't have that play mixed.
Tackling --> Normal --> importend matches commited.
Pressing --> YES
Offside trap --> YES ( because, your defenders gonna attack to so you play lovely attackign football )
Counter attack --> YES ( Very effective against the best teams. )
Men behind the ball ( Only when you have a red card, so you can defend you're victory.

first season i was 6e ..
Because i dont have the players to use this tactic.

Second season - 1st.

Third season almost finished i stay 1st.
7 points different.
