Just wondered what everyone thinks or if someone knows the answer. I have a good training regime going with my youth squad, and stats are going up. The players are good and could potentially be top players (I think!!). But am not sure which way to go, to increase their stats to their potential. Do I continue with them in the youth squad on a good training regime, or loan them out??

Just to let you know, I am Ipswich, so youth training school is classed as 'excellent', my youth coach is pretty beast aswell. But not sure if regular football is better to help them grow.

Thanks in advance :)

After a while, you gotta give them competitive experience. When I have good youth players, I loan them out to clubs where they will play in the first team, or move them up to my senior squad and play them. Under 20/19/18 squad matches are nothing more than glorified friendlies.

Thats brilliant, thanks for the help. Will wait for them to get closer to 18 before I look at loans then, thanks again
