Good winger

Need a good winger for Chelsea, preferably one that can play on both sides right and left. Please note that I am looking for young players and am 4 years ahead so young player might not be young anymore. Thanks

not sure how they would have developed in your game over the years though but all can play left and right, and lucas can play centrally too

Young-ish round Hazards age, anyway Atletico Madrid had him and sold him to Man Utd even though I offered them a better deal

Mario Götze (Borussia Dortmund, Germany, accomplished on both sides, 18yo at the start, can play a LOT of other positions as well)
Moritz Leitner (Borussia Dortmund, Germany, basically the same type of player as Götze, just a year younger and a little less talented, but should be a lot cheaper)
