Got Sacked: Want to Change Country

So I've been sacked twice in the Hungarian Second Division and Im just a bit tired of it. I dont want to retire; I'd rather keep my "persona" and move to a different country. Yet, the jobs Im offered are all in Hungary. I cant imagine there are no jobs anywhere else. Is there a box I need to tick to "turn on" other countries?
