Graphic Problem.. Any Idea How to fix it???

Guys, just want to ask if any of you have the same problem with me, and anyone can help me how to fix this.

It look like not substantial, but still it annoy me a lot.

Yeah, that's annoying. Is that the default skin or a costumized one?

is default one, you have same problem too?
