Can't upgrade a gpu in a laptop, would have to buy a new one.
 
that graphics card should be good enough to play fm11. what Operating system are you using (xp, vista 32bit or 64bit, 7 32bit or 64bit)? I'll give you a link to upgrade your drivers if you can tell me that.

Would start a new thread but this seems sensible - Can anyone recommend a laptop that works very well with FM? I've never been able to play decent sized Databases as my laptop isn't good enough.
 
You just need a laptop with decent processor and RAM mainly for FM. What is your budget, I'll try recommend you one
