graphics don't work

Hi I need help. I'm having problems with graphics. I downloaded cut out facepack and metallic logopack but they don't show in game. I don't even have the logos that were in game before. And yes I did untick cache and clicked reload skin.

which pack did you have before? have you put the new ones in hte right place?

I didn't have any pack. I used to have real logos (for example Man city.) now i have thisView attachment 294702

I'd check you have the folder in the right place, its reverted to the default.

should be in fm15/graphics/

You've unpacked it? its not still a rar file (yes, someone did this).

move the actual pic folders into the graphics folder rather than a couple of folders down and try that?

is the default folder location correct in preferences? if not i'd go ask where you d/l them from.
