Graphics Problem

Hey, I'm a new user to this forum but I've been using the downloads and forums for a while now. :)

Over the last few days I was getting a persistent crash dump problem and I tried the many solutions listed on this site to fix it, however the problem continued. So I uninstalled the game and deleted all the files in 'My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2010'. I then reinstalled the game all over again.
However now when I go to a game the graphics are all messed up. The stadium does not show (Shows up as blank space) and players from both teams have no kits, faces, etc, they show up like black cut-outs.
I tried re-downloading the kits, however it didn't help.
I also tried browsing this site for answers, but I have not found any solutions so far.
So I was hoping someone knew how to bring my graphics back to how it was before.

Oh, I tried the Alt+F9 screenshot method, but it shows up blank.

Did you find anyway to fix it?
If not, well then BUMP in the hunt for the answer =)

I've been very let down by FM2010's support pages, cant find them anywhere =(
 
what are your computer specs? Maybe update graphics driver? Could always try reinstalling again
 
If you didnt delete all your files then there is a chance it mucked up when reinstalling if you deleted some part and not others, maybe you will have to delete all the files from football manager 2010 after uninstalling it and then reistalling it from scratch to make it work, not too sure though, sorry :(
 
Ok well I installed patch 10.3 and now I'm totally fine.

However, in reply to Home of the Shouting Men, my problem came after a fresh install, first ever time, only the demo was on here and that worked totally fine.

So no idea what caused it, but the patch seemed to fix it =)

I had this problem with my brother's laptop too so I realized that I was probably not the only one who has had this problem but there was nothing about it happening to anyone else on the forums. It turns out a simple system restore to before I uninstalled it was the solution. It turns out the persistant crashing problem was caused by an add-on that I downloaded from this site. It works perfectly now that all my addons were deleted as system restore doesn't restore files from my documents.
I already had 10.3 installed so that didn't help me, thanks for all your help anyway guys. :)
