Graphics!!!

i need help with the installing of kits, logos and playerfaces.

ive just downloaded the kits at the moment (i dont know if its a problem but some of the kit files are .rar files and some are .png and you can actually see the kits)
i made a graphics folder in this location :

mydocuments>sportsinteractive>footballmanager2012

and then, in the graphics folder, ive added a kits, logos and faces folders.. placing all the kit files ive downloaded in the kits folder

then, in the game preferences, ive unticked use skin cache and ticked always reload skin on confirm

ive looked through other threads but nothing is working, so if anyone can help, id really appreciate it

when they are .rar files you need to extract them
The kits should be kept in the folder the way you downloaded them and each should have a config.xml in them alongside all the images

hmm.. i download the pack, but it is already a .rar file, no folder or anything
and theres not an option to extract when i right-click on any .rar file?

You need to have an extraction programme like winrar or winzip

oh right.. do i just type it into google and download it?
and then.. it should all work

I'm using logos for the premeir league and I have use skin cache ticked and reload on confirm unticked.
