Great player attributes

im planning to start a new game soon and i want this one to be perfect i dont want no deadwood in the team i want TOP CLASS players.

can someone advise me on the best attributes for:
a GK
RB and LB
a CB
a CM/DM/AM
a Winger
and a Striker/Forward
