Great team - rubbish Strikers?

Alrite lads, I've been having a problem and thought I'd cometo the experts. I'm Newcastle, just starting my fourth season, and I've won thePremier League three years running, as well as an F.A Cup and the League Cup aswell. Now, before anyone tells me to **** off and come back when I've gotsomething to actually moan about, hear me out;
This is my team:
GK ? Szczesny / Butland
WBR ? Byram / Debuchy
DCR ? Doria / Steven Taylor
DCL ? Balanta / Dier
WBL ? Shaw / Ben Davies

REG ? S. Bender / George Thorne

BBM ? Ward-Prowse / Sissoko
AP ? Will Hughes

IFR ? Meyer / Sterling
IFL ? Vitinho / Vietto
Depay

F9 ? Volland / CF- Rondon

The formation is ? 4at the back with wingbacks on automatic

3 in midfield with a regista in theholding role in front of the back four, and two
central midfielders in front ofhim with BBM and AP roles attached

3 Two Inside forwards, and then Vollandas a False 9 or Rondon as a Complete
forward.

Everyone is set to less shooting, dribbling more, passshorter e.t.c

The team instructions are;
Retain possession ?Work ball into box ? Play out of defence ? Run at defence ? Exploit the flanks
Wait for overlap ?Push higher up ? Hassle opponents ? Get stuck in ? Use offside trap and Highertempo

This formation and instructions will most likely win youeverything you desire, I only signed Balanta and Jonathan Silva (got rid, getssent off all the time in crucial games, made a fifteen million profit flogging himto Real Madrid) in the first season, and still won the league by about tenpoints, and got to the F.A Cup final. I?ve also got a shower not a grower.

But now the problem; my Strikers are absolute jank. I thinkI?ve won a game over 3 ? 0 only about three or four times, I regularly haveover twenty shots on target and still only win by the odd goal, and my strikersnever set the world alight, especially Volland! He?s been awful, 31 games lastyear, 8 ****** goals. So, what can I do to make it better? How can I smashteams, rather than exhaust them? I?m basically Chelsea 2005, when I really wantto be 2009 ? 2011 Barcelona. My squad average age is 23, so I might just haveto pray for the blessings of maturity to work their magic in later years,unless someone here can help me. Thanks boys!

Oh yeah! Make sure you set to FLUID and CONTROL for every match, never change it, you'll lose away sometimes but I often go on mental twenty game unbeaten runs. I've only lost ten league games over three seasons!

Are you playing your IF's in the midfield or all the way up front? If they are up front, move them to the AMR/L slots and set your F9/Complete to a Poacher. For Player tactics, you can set one of your IF's to get forward, but I would have the other cut inside. If you are using a F9 up front, on his own, he will not be as successful a scorer.
