Depends - I use a pretty heavy rotation with the strikers, but usually the main striker will get 30+ and lead the league in goals. Either the SS and one of the two Mezzalas usually lead the league in assists, and will get 10+ goals too.

Not sure, give it a try. I sometimes use a Cautious mentality in the Champions league, and that seems to work.
