Greyed out options...

is there a way to stop the board from greying out options such as improving youth academy system, im not even sure why this would be greyed out as i am trying to create a winning bolton team both short and long term

any information would be nice (i dont mind having to wait a season for these to be unlocked if this is the case)

this is the first time i have come to them, because this is already greyed out i have looked into other things but i really want to improve my youth system

That ususlly happens when you ask too much .. is that the only option greyed out ?

nearly every option is greyed out, i just dont see why they wouldnt allow me to ask for a better youth system when i am in profit each month plus the youth system at bolton is only average do you think bring in more scouts could help? as they will be able to scout the local area to bring in better youth players
