Replacement for Michael Essien

Its the January transfer window i'm Chelsea in my second season and Real Madrid have just offered me 45m for a 29 year old Essien so i have decided i will sell him and i was wondering who i should buy as a replacement, anyone got any good recommendations?

He never asked for a DM. He asked for a replacement for Essien who is a CM like Badelj "you dope".

A good young RB would be Sime Vrsaljko.
