Group Stage and Knock out round cup help

So I am trying to create a cup with 16 clubs. I want to do the first round a group stage with four groups and 8 teams advance to the knockout round. However I keep getting this message when I test the rules ( Date of Cup Round is to soon after previous stage) What does that mean and how can I fix this issue? I have tried changing the dates and everything

Hi bud, can you post a screenshot of your group stage and knockout stage set-up?
