Former Arsenal director Lady Nina Bracewell-Smith has called for the club's current board to be sacked from their roles.

Jesus Christ.

This all stemmed from a twitter conversation in which she said it was the "end of an era" because instead of continuing the long-running tradition of having people brought up with Arsenal on the board, we now have two foreign investors owning 90% of our club. This change partly coincides with David Dein's departure (due to conflict with another major shareholder; Danny Fiszman, now dead) and partly because it was going to be pretty impossible to forever stave off interest from foreign billionaires. It happened to Chelsea, Man Utd, Liverpool (twice) and as much as I don't like it, it was rather inevitable.

Basically - mountain from a mole-hill. BBC have nothing better to do with their time I see..

Usual **** stirring from BBC. Good to see licence money being well spent. How about they do something more news worthy, instead of over analysing EVERYTHING that comes up on twitter. jesus wept

Also important to note that she was replying to people on twitter, not just saying it out of the blue...

And the final comment about Dein: She never said he didn't do anything for the club (Although AST chairman Tim Payton seemed to say that about her) just that he was the "root of all AFC trouble" which he was.
