Hello,

Just want to share a tactic I've been working on over the last few seasons. Playing with Arsenal, I've won the league 4 times in a row, CL 3 times in a row + a whole bunch of other cups, breaking records all over the place.

Just finished my fourth season, drawing only three times and 2 losses (both away and with a youth setup).

The tactic is based on pace through the middle with supporting fullbacks. Many goals come from crosses from the fullbacks, but more often just pure brilliance from the 3 on top. They create and score most of the goals.

I'm using the same tactic both home and away, no tweaks necessary.

Here's how it looks like:

Players you should be playing/buying:

- Munir: Excellent in the Trequartista role

- Danny Wellbeck: Already in the squad, absolute beast as False 9, assisting and scoring loads of goals

- Martin Odegaard: One of the best talents in the game, performing unreal as an Advanced Playmaker

- Lucas Romero: Suited perfectly for the HalfBack role, one of the best players in the team

- Éder Álvarez Balanta: Current captain and absolute beast in defence. Bargain at the start of an campaign

- Calum Chambers: Developes into of the best rightbacks in the game if played and trained correctly

Other players worth mentioning:
- Patrick Roberts (huge talent and performing well as an Advanced Playmaker)
- Emanuel Mammana (plays with Balanta in defence, excellent prospect which developes into one of the best centrebacks in the game)
- Juan Bernat (solid and skilled attacking leftback)
- Saúl (great as cover, can play in all positions through the middle)

Let me hear your opinions!

Like the look of this.

Will give it a try and feed back later tonight

I don't change the training in pre-season, it's the same all the time. But when adding the tactic, it might be a good idea to add the tactic in all three slots to make it fluid faster.

Other than that, just make sure to focus on defence for match preperations. I used to have attacking movement, but defense make the tactic much more stabile, especially away.

For free kicks I have aim at best header. For corners I am at the moment using short, but I haven't paid much attention to it because I feel I'm scoring enough goals.

Ofcourse, a great corner tactic would create even more.. But with short corners the momentum is still there to create goals, most goals come by good play, all over the pitch.
