I have sort of a method for team talks, that seems to work, at half times
When at home, while behind I always say I'm disapointed and while being at a draw, as long as I have less than 3 players under 6.5 I will say "you can win this", while on away games, unless i'm 3 goals down I'm always encouragin/or "you can win this", I find this to be helpful most of the time while behind against teams I'm pretty much level with, skill wise and player wise, with numerous clubs in numerous leagues... Was wondering if anyone has some "losing-proof" method or take on half time team talks...
thanx for any responses and tips

home 1-2 goals up "dont get complacent"
home draw "disappointed/you can do better"
home loosing "angry"

away 1-2 "pleased"
draw "you can win this"
loosing "disappointed"

thats usually the way i treat my team in general, i do however talk to individuals quite a bit too.

basically the same as boozemonster, but if morale is okay i say "faith in ability"

individual always (you can make the difference being my favourite but apparently a guy sorted it quite well for 08

it was somewehre around this site didn't read it I guess I should but my morale is usually high, and if not excellent thats the moment I tell him I trust him, first timers get "no pressure' own goalers, penalty failers, penalty makers, barça losses, champions league final loosers I've added the option ''beat them to death''

I tend to say that I have Faith In His Ability if they have a rating below 6.7 and most of the time they end up doing a lot better.
