Hall of Fame Issue FM14

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone can help. I'm having issues with my HoF on FM14, since my fourth season it stopped updating? I can still access the HoF screen and everything but as an example it shows that I've only won the PL twice, when I've actually won it four times?

Has anyone else had this issue? Or have any ideas on how to update the HoF to show correct information?

So, an update on this. I spoke to a mate and he advised this happens when you put your saved game on a new PC/laptop (which I have done). He wasn't sure on how to fix the problem though, any ideas ladies/gents?

There's a separate file for HoF, it's not part of the save file. You need to bring that over too.
