Hall of fame question

I started playing a save on laptop and then i moved that save from one computer to other and continued playing on 2nd computer. I lost all points won on hall of fame but all other trophies is still there

i guess that its impossible to get back those points bu t im asking is did that happened to anyone else? or is it just some glitch?
