i played my 1st game wif united and won everything. then, i wanted to accept a challenge so i started a new game in charge of blackpool. so if i win any new trophies with my man utd save, my hall of fame ranking will increase in my blackpool save ?

Each new game is a new manager I think....

If your manager has the same name in all games, you'll just have lots of different people in the hall of fame.

Did you resign as a manager of Man Utd or Add a new coach and coach Blackpool?
If you resign then join Blackpool, you hall of fame is still the same.
But if you add a new head coach, your hall of fame will be like cammo said - lots of different people with same names there.

so if i win the same amount i did in my first save, will there be two managers with the same name on the list ?

You can always delete the file that has the HOF and then start from scratch. Or better yet just start a new game and change the coaches name since you probably haven't been that way in the save to break the HOF list yet.
