So telling you exactly what it is and providing you a link to download it isn't helpful? If you don't find an actual answer to your question helpful then quite clearly you're the one making a **** comment.

its their site, they can say what they want, if you dont like it then you can create your own site. we get plenty of questions like this, you dont need to create a thread for a question like this, it just clutters the forum.

try searching our site first to see if there is already a thread on your question.
use the help threads and stickies in the appropriate sections to look for answers/ask for help
refer to google/wikipedia for more info if your question still isnt answered.
