Hi everyone advice sought,my players morale is dropping fast as the picture shows,any ideas how to start raising it again as thinking this may be the reason for some heavy defeats.

organise friendlies against the under 18s

how would that benefit though?

try some friendly games am give players confidence, or find players with high decission and mentality and try to have private chat with them, also try to have some good results.

talk to them and comment appropriately if they bad or well, plus winning friendlies (preferably with a big thrashing) will raise morale
