Agreed thirdly.. his decisions have costed us severely:
After we beat Spurs, drew with Fulham and drew with Wolves we was on a high playing 442..
So for Newcastle he changes the supposed winning formation as we should have beaten Wolves, and reverts to a 433 to accommodate Carlton Cole, leaving top scorer Piquionne on the right flank, 1 nil up in that, if we pushed on we could have been 2 or 3 up at half time, instead he told the team to hold fire.

WBA at home, carried on with 433, Piquionne wasted on the right again.. then he plays Dyer, Parker and Boa Morte in the middle? Has he seen that Dyer can tackle now? :S and Boa?!

We play **** football, no idea.. and as usual no motivation! Can honestly see us beating United in the cup, then getting to the semi's of the Carling cup, still rooted to the bottom of the table. Simply has to go, I'd give him one or two games more.
