After winning promotion from Blue Square south, H&R manager Jack Kidd went to the board meeting before the players would return for pre-season training. He told the board that he felt he could win the league resulting in the generous H&R boardroom giving him a trasfer budget of 75k and a wage budget of 10k. With the current wage budget at 6.5k, Kidd felt his ambitions could be achieved. Kidd expressed his dissapointment in the new sponsership deal that was negotiated by the club because it would only generate 7k a year and Kidd hoped to be in league one by then. That would not be good for the long term future of the club. Kidd was pleased that the club were able to get me Reading as a parent club and was expecting some quality young players to come to the club.

Kidd then arranged a number of pre-season friendlies agaisnt championship sides to generate money for the club. Kidd planned to play trialists in these game so it would not have a negative effect on the first team squad.

The first cup was very good, we drew 2-2 with Ipswich with two ***** Robert glancing headers and then won on penalties putting us through to the final agaisnt Wolves. This was with my first team though, for the next cup it will just be trialists. We actually beat Wolves well on penalties, Keough scored a wonder goal for them first half but Roger equalised in the secodn and we held on for penalties and won, time to rest the first team because nearly all the trialists are here so they will play the two reamining cups, i'll let my Assistant take care those though. I've completed the signing of pacey front man Simon Thomas who joins for nothing from Crystal Palace. I'm also looking at a fair few players who are looking to join on bosmans.

Will update later, off to play tennis. RIP Bobby Robson, and lets smash the Aussies at Cricket.

Hampton & Richmond have been very active in the transfer market as they prepare for the first season in BSP, Manager Jack Kidd has already rejected bids for star striker Galuppo as they bid to win a second consecutive promotion. French keeper Thierry Gorée has been sold to MK Dons for 20k while BSS player of the season Eric Farro is sold to Cambridge for 16k. In a recent press conference, Kidd stated that intended to bring in new faces to replace two of his star players, he also stated that he fully expects Stephen Foley and young winger Stuart Dallas to fill the boots of Farro. Meanwhile Denmark U21 keeper Mikkel Andersen joins on loan from Reading. Kidd stated he was delighted to have a player of his calibre join the club. Captain Rodric Kassime also left the club for 10k and is now playing for french side FC Sete 34.

In other news, H&R head a 90k bid accepted for Josh Lambo but he rejected the lucrative salary of £1,100 which would of made him H&R first £1000 a week player.

Kidd has also stated he is looking forward to the rest of pree-season and can't wait to get the season underway, young winger Stuart Dallas has returned from injury.

Current Budget: 104k

H&R enjoyed a good pre-season beating the likes of Preston and Morecambe. Despite losing to 3-2 to championship side Barnsley in the last pre-season game, Kidd said he was delighted with how his team had performed and is looking forward to more of same when they travel to York next week. The highlight of the pre-season campaign was 5-2 victory over Preston with Simon Thomas bagging a hatrick, the young striker certainly has a point to prove after being dissowned by Crystal Palace.

York 0 - 2 H&R
Baheng, Collins

H&R announce that 458 season tickets have been sold for the new season, this is a great improvement on the 150 that were sold previous season.

H&R 2 - 2 Weymouth
Idiakez, Ikangu

Forest Green 0 - 1 H&R
Thomas (Pen)

H&R 5 - 0 Kidderminster
Robert (4), Idiakez

***** Robert ruled out for 4 weeks after picking up a knock in Kidderminster game.

Oxford 1 - 1 H&R
Fetissoi

Top of the table clash between H&R and Kettering will end the month and ultimateley decide who claims top spot by the end of the month. Dallas has once again picked up and injury and with Foley also on the sidelines, H&R do not have a LM to face Kettering.

Versatile frenchman Sacha Opinal has been drafted in on free transfer to cover for the injured Staurt Dallas and Stephen Foley.

H&R 7 - 0 Kettering
Thomas (3) Ablancourt, Fetiossoi, Eastwood (og), Holden (og)

H&R finish the month fantastically to become top of the table on 14 pounts, Beavers manager Jack Kidd was delighted with the way his side has adapted to the new league and hopes they will continue their great form, Kidd was also quick to praise Simon Thomas, ***** Robert, Idiakez and Yohan Mathis for some inspiring performances in the Beavers first 6 games. Kidd went on to say that he hopes to see more of the same from his side. Veterean Spainish midfielder Idiakez also added "we must not get a ahead of ourselfs, we are brimming with confidence and that can sometimes lead to a negative effect, we will keep our heads on the ground and work hard". Newly appointed Captain Jim Ablancourt is delighted with the way the club is performing, he went on to say, "we have a good squad and a good infrastructure, we now have the foundations to really challenge for a promotion to league 2".

p.s I've added Transfers because they dissapeared previous post.

First league game of the month is agaisnt recently relagated Bournemouth who our second in the league, their side contains former Man United treble winning striker Dwight Yorke. Hampton and Richmond average attendance currently stands at 1279 which is a large step above last season's where they were getting 500-600.

The Bournemouth game was cancelled so we now have a game in hand. We now face Woking as our first game.

Woking 2 - 1 H&R
Goulon

H&R suffer a shock defeat in the league after playing a weaker team, the defence were outclassed by Ivory Coast man Domoraud who bagged a brace, we will certainly be on the look out for him when we face Woking at the Beerveree Stadium, resting Ablancourt may of been a mistake. Galuppo has recently returned from injury but is now international duty with Venzuela but he will likely replace Nardiello and my main four strikers will become Thomas, Baheng, Robert and Galuppo. Roger and Ben Wright mingle in the reserves for now and will most likely be released come the end of the season.

Rushen & Diasmond 0 - 3 H&R
Fetissoi (2), Thomas

H&R 3 - 2 Bournemouth
Opinal, Baheng, Ablancourt

Baheng is ruled out for three weeks, Robert is nearly fit again and hopefully he'll remain on fire.

H&R 3 - 0 Wrexham
Fetissoi, Galuppo, Thomas (pen)

Glad to see Galuppo get a goal, i'm hoping him and Thomas will create a good partnership. Fetissoi continues to impress from centre back. Goulon and Collins pick up injuries, Goulon has only just returned so Ikangu will have to play dm for the next 4-5 weeks without rest.

Stevenage 1 - 0 H&R
Just wasn't my day, hitting the woodwork three times did not help either, still remain top of the league......... just.

H&R 5 - 1 Mansfield
Robert, Idiakez, Ikangu, Ablancourt, Mathis
A good reaction from the dissapointing Stevenage game, shame not keep a clean sheet though.

Last game of the month is agaisnt Crawley, Idiakez is certainly fatigued after playing two games in a week and with Goulon and Collins injured, we need to find a backup and were running out of places to look unless I Play three strikers and adopt the 4-1-2-3 formation. A loan offer for young Reading midfielder Sigurdsenn has been accepted, just pray he will join us.

Sigurdsenn has joined us on loan, this boy is going to be the holy grail and the thorn of my side for the next three months, Collins and Idiakez should feel threatened. He already has 4 Caps and 1 goal for Iceland.

Crawley 2 - 3 H&R
Paton, Opinal, Thomas
Good performance from team, Sigurdsonn makes his debut and manages to make an assists. A promising performance from the young Scandanavian.

As H&R enter there third month the BSP, they once again find themselves top of the league, H&R manager Jack Kidd stated his delight with clubs performance by saying "The Beavers have been excellent this past month, i couldn't of asked for more". When asked who he thought should be player of the month, Kidd replied "I believe Gioavanni Fetissoi should win players of the month, he has been impeccable and chipped in with some important goals. Kidd was also asked if he saw any weaknesses within the team, he went on to say "the team doesn't not pocess a weakness but they should perform better away from home, we our too attack minded and sometimes we have lapses in concentration that lose us games, i believe we need to be more solid at the back away from home if we are to concede less goals". Kidd also praised his attacking line and veteran midfielder Idiakez. Young Hampton and Richmond centre forward Michael Nardiello has vowed to end his goal drought, the former Man United trainee said "I believe i have done well for the team and created a lot of chances but i do not want to be a support striker, my job is too score goals and that is what i hope to achieve, the team are confident of winning promotion and hope my goals will be a part of that".

H&R first fixture in October will be agaisnt Staylbridge in the BSP

October

H&R 3 - 0 Staylbridge
Galuppo, Foley, Ikangu

Injury free match, Nardiello drought continues but I still like him as a support striker.
Conference League Cup game agaisnt Merthyr coming up.

CLC
H&R 2 - 0 Merthyr
Thomas, Fetissoi

An undeserved victory, Merthyr hit the woodwork three times as H&R were outplayed by the BSS side, Manager Jack Kidd said "We should of lost today, it is a reality check for the boys, i still admire our strength to push through and win the game but it was something we certainly didn't deserve.

Scottish right midfielder Eric Paton has been ruled out 3 weeks, H&R fixture agaisnt Burton has been rearranged due to International call ups for H&R. H&R have offered a contract to former Crewe centre Julien Baudet, the french man is currently without a club but is not interested in dropping two divisions, H&R manager Jack Kidd believes Baudet would be the perfect partner for Captain Jim Ablancourt.

H&R game agaisnt Rotheram has also been rearranged due to international calls ups, this means H&R are now two games in hand. Galuppo has earnt his first two caps for Venzuela. H&R draw Farnborough in the FA Cup.

H&R 1 - 1 Rotheram
Holmes

Despite dominating the second half, we couldn't find a winner, Holmes equalised after an early Ruben Reid goal and halftime substitute Baheng had a goal ruled out for offside, a dissapointing result putting Rotheram two points behind us but we still have a game in hand. Two tough away games agaisnt Hinckley and Burton coming in the next week, hopefully Andersen, Galuppo and Sigurdsenn will have returned from international duty. H&R draw Ebbsfleet in the next round of CLC.

Hinckley 0 - 1 H&R
Collins

Julien Buadet rejects the lucrative salary on offer from H&R, Manager Jack Kidd said "Julien was player we were looking at, hopefully if we win promotion, we will be in good enough league to attract players of his calibre to the club, we will continue to moniter his situation throughout the season".

England Manager Fabio Capello has had his contract terminated by mutual consent, H&R Manager Jack Kidd, encouraged by his Assistant and England coach Massimo Neri to hand in an application.

H&R have accepted offers from Bury and Dagenham and Redbridge for french centre half Gael Payet, the bids are believed to be in the region of 7k, Payet is surplus to requiements since the arrival of irish centre half Kevin Murray. In other news, former England right back Stuart Pearce has been appointed as Manager of the national side.

Burton 1 - H&R 4
Thomas (3), Fetissoi

Do not get carried away by Thomas's hatrick, two of the goals were penalty's. Jack Kidd's H&R side move 5 points clear of Rotheram as they retain topspot.

H&R french centre half Gael Payet moves to Dagenham and Redbridge for 7k, H&R Manager Jack Kidd said "it's dissapointing to lose Gael as he has played some good games and chipped in with some important goals, Gael wanted first team football and we could not accomodate his wish but the H&R backroom team wish him all the best in the future".

FA Cup
H&R 4 - 0 Farnborough
Galuppo (2), Dallas, Ikangu

A good result but once again Dallas has picked up an injury, he didn't have these sorts of problems in the BSS. Dallas ruled out for 6-8 weeks. Versatile left full back Opinal will repace him of left wing rotating with Steven Foley.

H&R draw BSS side Eastleigh in the next round of the FA Cup. H&R last fixture of the month is agaisnt Histon in the league.

H&R 3 - 2 Histon
Robert (2), Thomas

H&R went on their first full unbeaten month since joining BSP, Manager Jack Kidd was unable to comment in this months issue due to be away on Business so Assistant and First team coach Massimo Neri will review this months progress. When asked about the teams main strengths, Neri replied, I believe the side are most dangerous from corners, we have scored 13 goals from corners this season and we scored over 20 goals from corners last season, i believe this is what wins us a lot of games but i do not take credit away from the strikers as we have scored 48 goals in 18 league games, we have only conceded 11 goals, as Roy Hodgson said to me once, the best teams are built from the back". Neri was then asked who the most influential player in the team was and he was quick to reply "although football is a team game, we have one stand out player, he is a complete professenial and i believe that Elie Ikangu is one of the best Defensive midfielders outside the top two division, his ability to spread the ball across the pitch is amazing for player who only plays BSP, he is also the man that stops counter attack which is very important and he often chips in with the odd goal, he is a player that i can see at this club for a long time". Captain Jim Ablancourt is also delighted with October without defeat, he said "I think this our best month since i joined the club, although we did not win every game, we showed great resiliance to games such as Histon where we looked like we were heading for certain defeat", Ablancourt was quick to to praise the strikers by saying "Any club that scores 48 goals in 18 games has feel special, we may not be Barcelona but the lads are really proud of this achievement, we hope to see more of the same for the remainder of the season, at the end of the day this league is a marathon, not a sprint".

H&R next fixture is agaisnt Ebbsfleet in CLC.

Ebbsfleet 1 - 2 H&R
Caro, Collins

Matty Collins 119th minute strike in extra time allowed H&R to progress to the next round. Swindon Town FC have expressed interest in Elie Ikangu.

H&R Manager Jack Kidd has released a statement today, within this statement he says "After hearing rumours of a possible bid from Swindon for midfielder Elie Ikangu, i for one can tell we have not recieved any bid and if we do, it will have to substantial enough for us to sell and i tell you for, i value Elie highly. I would also like to rubbish any rumours of me going to take the helm of Everton FC, i have not heard from them and do not intend to manage them, I am fully commited to H&R and my role as Manager at this Football club, the team has great potential and hope to be here when we fulfill that potential".

H&R french centre forward ***** Robert ruled out for 7-8 weeks after picking up an injury in training.

H&R game agaisnt Eastleigh is postponed by one day due to water logged pitch.

H&R 3 - 0 Eastleigh
Denman (og), Thomas, Sangoro

H&R now face Exeter in the next round of the FA Cup.

H&R game agaisnt Salisbury rearranged due to clash with Exeter.

Ebbsfleet 0 - 2 H&R
Baheng, Opinal

H&R 0 - 0 Barrow
Dissapointing game, 14 shots with 2 on target, sums it up really.

H&R have offered a contract believed to be around 1 and 1/2 years for former Middlesborough striker Tom Craddock, he is suspected to sign in the next few days, if all goes well, Craddock will be a H&R player by the 1st January when the transfer window re-opens. H&R Manager commented on Craddock by saying "It is great to attract players of Toms Craddock's pedigree to the club, he has been at Middlesborough since he was young and then dropped when he was 19/20, he will certainly have a point to prove up front if he accepts our contract".

H&R 2 - 0 Braintree
Sigurdsson (2)

H&R FA Cup fixture agaisnt postponed due to waterlogged pitch the fixture will now be played on December the first.

Once again, H&R find themselves in Topspot heading into December, H&R Manager is avaible for interview for this months review as he talk us through his ambition for the club, in his interview since October, Kidd goes on to say "I believe we have solid foundations to become a league 2 club, we have a good young squad, they our hungry, they our ambitious and that is something that i see in myself. I think the one thing this club can improve on though is the attendances, yes I suppose it is down to the club winning poromotion but when we hold pre-season friendlies, 3000 fans turn up, whether they our neutral or our very own fans, they should come and see us play. Of course, the catchment area that we play in means it very hard to compete with the likes of Fulham, Chelsea, AFC Wimbledon and sometimes even Arsenal or Tottenham. Me and my backroom staff have made a simple 5 year plan, it is a simple plan on paper but a lot harder when put into practice, we hope to be in the premierleague within the next 6 years. It is just talk now but i believe me and the backroom staff have the right resources and right contacts to achieve this challenge but we need full backing of the Chairman Steve McPerson and the rest of the board. I believe we have had a good month but it did not contain many fixtures giving a well deserved rest for the lads but with Exeter on the 1st, i can see an upset happening, the FA Cup is a great tournament and i hope we can go far in it, it would be great for the club to face a premierleague side in it."

December

Talks between H&R and Tom Craddock have hit a a snag because Manager Jack Kidd is only offering the striker a backup role, Craddock believes he should be a First teamer.

Either Exeter or H&R will face Huddersfield in the next round of the FA Cup

H&R 1 - 0 Exeter
Goulon

H&R will travel to championship side Huddersfield in the next round of the FA Cup. H&R Manager Jack Kidd is becoming increasely fustrated by the lack of goals from striker Galuppo this season, he really needs to break his duck sooner rather than later other wise the young striker will lose confidence however, a one nil victory over league 2 side Exeter is good start to December.

H&R have ended talks with former Boro' striker Tom Craddock as they cannot promise the first team football he is demanding. Long term H&R target Julien Baudet has retired from football aged 30. H&R have a 40k bid accepted for Watford Striker Ewan Clarke, Clarke is currently on loan at Forest Green and has scored 18 goals in 22 games for the BSP side.

H&R game agaisnt Grays is postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

Stuart Dallas returns from injury, he has had a dissapointing first half of the season making only 2 appearences, last year, the winger who joined in January managed 15 games, making 12 assists and scoring 2 goals subsequently winning two man of the match awards.

---------- Post added at 03:29 PM ---------- Previous post was yesterday at 11:16 PM ----------

Watford's young hitman Ewan Clarke has a rejected a chance to join H&R, the young striker stated "I believe i still have a lot to learn until i move from Watford, i believe moving to H&R would be a step done because i could have potential to pay for the Watford first team". H&R Manager Jack Kidd also "I understand what Ewan is saying, he is a young striker with great potential, will we moniter his situation closely in the nearby future".

York and Weymouth are last two games of the month.

H&R Manager Jack Kidd is looking to to extent Sigurdsson loan deal from Reading, he said "Sigurdsson has played very well for us since he joined, we cannot renew his loan with us until the first of January but we will try and get him on loan in January until the end of the season, he is a young and creative midfielder and he has the opputunity here to show Reading how good he is, he is player that we'll definitley keep an eye on in the future".

H&R 0 - 0 York

Weymouth 3 - 3 H&R
Baheng (2), Galuppo

H&R suffered a a torrid month in the league this month, despite drawing three league games and one win H&R Manager Jack Kidd was unhappy with the side, Kidd said "I believe the side have been poor this month, we chucked away a 2 nil lead at Oxford and we just did the same agaisnt Weymouth yesterday, the defenders have got sloppy at the back, i think the team are becoming over confident, if we play like that agaisnt Huddersfield next month, we will be heavily deafeated, their has only been one standout performer for me this month and that is Baheng, he has shown us his ability this month, it's just a shame he didn't get a hatrick. I am also pleased with Galuppo for ending his drought, he has been doing a lot of things right this season but is not being clinical enough however he is young and learning like the rest of our strikers so they are bound to have a dip in form. I am also hoping Michael Nardiello will end his drought soon because the goals have really dried up since the first quarter of the season". H&R Captain Jim Ablancourt also vowed to have a come back better next month, the centre half said "We have been very poor in defence espicially agaisnt Weymouth and Oxford, we our losing concetration towards the end of games, we need to come back mentally stronger if we are going to win games next month, dspite the negatives, we are still 13 odd games unbeaten and the team are very proud of that".

H&R next fixture is against Championship side Huddersfield.

Glad to see your doing well, Looks like you have a pretty strong team there but you took some injurys in midfield preseason for sure. That being said you could do alot worse than James Marwood as cover the lad was regular in my first team as Gateshead in League 1 could have played Championship but i had better options so let him go but hes a solid player who will get you a good few assists out on the right, Never played him anywhere else so not sure how well he does there.

You should do well this season if you can stay injury free, Not looking good right now i know but you should still be up there challanging for promotion with that team.Gook luck with it and keep us updated.
