Yeah, happened to me once with Everton. The board gave me an extra 30 million to spend. Man do I wish I had that 30 million now..

it happend to me 6 times with watford,usually it will happen if the chairman status is he loves the club and will never leave(A)

It happens to me all the time due to relatively small amount of money I spend per week on Wages.

For example on my current game I spend 500k less a week than what I can afford, as a result I get these like every season with significant budgets (My latest being from 3 to 70+).
