Hardest FM Challenge?

In your opinion what is the hardest challenge within FM?

Winning the World Cup with a country such as Nigeria, USA, Slovakia, Australia etc... i.e. not powerhouses in world football. everything in club football can be achieved over a period of time. but you can't build your national team the way you can your club side. That's why I think winning the World Cup is one of the greatest challenges.
