Wow, just finished watching Harry Brown after purchasing on filmflex, my hearts still going 10 minutes after the end. What a film, Michael Caine you are an absolute king.

Anyone else share my insane amazement with this film?

I thought it was amazing but the ending was a let down

Couldn't disagree more, haven't seen such a compelling film since American Gangster.

What is it about exactly?
Panther its about an ex-marine who lives in a rough london estate and his wife dies of an old age related illness then his best friend gets killed by the rough youths on the estate and the police say if they even get to court they will only be able to charge with manslaughter so Harry Brown (michael Caine) takes matters into his own hands to find out what really happened and to avenge his friends death basically. Very good though

Thanks, looks great, I'll be sure to watch it at some point.

umm, I enojyed it but i do not put it down as a classic by any means. watched it in the cinama but have no real want to buy it on DVD. was good to see some chavs getting the **** kicked out of them. and the ending was good and british - did not drag on to much.

Saw the trailer at the cinema but did not give me the incentive to watch it. Will get it on DVD one day.

Good film but don't see why it deserves its own thread when there is already a fantastic thread discussing all things film.
